John's mom, Edna Colton Sargent, passed away to join her husband, parents and siblings on Friday, October 9, 2009. I am so thankful for the gospel and the knowledge of eternal families! Alot of women complain about their mother-in-laws... but I was extremely blessed by having Edna as mine. She was mother to 5 children, 27 grandchildren and lots of great-grandchildren (I'll have to get actual number later). Her funeral will be on Saturday, October 17th, in Sikeston, Missouri, at 2:00 pm. She will be buried next to her husband, John Pack Sargent, in Morley, Missouri.

Thank you so much for posting these pictures Aunt Janeane! I'm afraid Nate and I are not going to be able to make it out to the funeral and it was really nice to remember and reflect with those pictures just barely! Thanks again!!
I'm so sorry for the loss of someone who was so obviously special to you. Nice tribute and pictures. Condolences to your family from my family.
