Half-Done

So today I'm feeling tired, achy, and discouraged. It's only 7 am, I need to go get ready for the day. But it's been such a long time since I've posted (I've been too busy taking care of my Farm at Farmville - way too addictive for me!!) - I thought I'd take a moment and post.

We have alot of projects going on... most of which are only HALF-DONE!! It's frustrating. The woodfloors still need to be sanded and sealed. The roof still needs to be put on the chicken coop and some parts painted. We have a "mountain of dirt" in our back yard that is actually HALF gone thanks to the help of my sweet husband who took time from work to help me, and Emily too. We're hoping to get it moved so that we can get another load the end of this week. We are trying to level the north side of our back yard so we can plant grass... before the cold weather sets in, and it's already starting to get down to 40 degrees at night! That's why the floors aren't done - gotta get the outside work done before it freezes over!

I should count my blessings, though, right? That we do have the money to do these things right now. And I should learn patience. All things get done in due time, right?

We DID get our entertainment center moved from the garage into our family room! It looks so awesome!! So there you go... something that is complete!
In the meantime, John and his friends are having blast on our mountain! This picture was taken on a nice warm day when Bubba had strep throat. It's amazing how dirt can make a little sick one feel so much better (at least for a while)!!

You make me tired just reading all the stuff you do (and need to do!) Nice entertainment center! I haven't gotten into Farmville--guess I better check it out so I can waste more of my time. :O)
